Step 1
Tell us what you can
Start with whatever you have to hand. Upload questionnaires you've already completed and they go into your answer bank, so Reguard can pull answers straight from them. Add what you know about your organisation to your profile, and fill in the rest whenever suits you.
Step 2
Upload the questionnaire
Drop in the XLSX exactly as the customer sent it. Reguard detects the sheets and the question and answer columns, including dropdown answer options.
Step 3
Confirm the mapping
Preview the detected cells and adjust anything Reguard got wrong before any answers are generated.
Step 4
Generate drafts
Generate the whole questionnaire or one question at a time, with live progress. You can cancel a run at any point.
Step 5
Review and approve
Work through the answers by confidence and flag. Edit, regenerate or accept each one, and save good answers back to your answer bank for next time.
Step 6
Export
Download the original XLSX with your answers written into the answer column, ready to send back.
Where every answer comes from
Every answer is grounded in your answer banks and company information, and nothing is made up. Each question is answered from the most reliable source available, in this order.
Ground truth
Answers you have verified and marked as ground truth. When a question matches, the facts are kept as they are and only the wording changes to fit.
Answer bank
Answers you've approved or imported from past questionnaires, plus the 50-question compliance seed bank. Similar questions are matched and adapted.
Organisation profile
When there is no match, the answer is drafted from your organisation profile and given a lower confidence score.
Confidence you can see
Every draft carries a confidence score. Confident answers arrive as drafts ready to review; anything below the confidence threshold is marked as needing your input, so weak answers never look finished.

Questions that deserve a second look are flagged automatically:
