Frequently asked questions
What counts as an AI generation?
One AI generation is one question answered: each question the AI classifies and drafts an answer for counts as one. Regenerating an answer counts again. Need more than your plan includes? Higher limits are available on request.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can move to a different plan from your account at any time.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Your current usage against each limit is shown in the app. If an action would take you over a limit, Reguard stops and tells you which limit you’ve reached, and you can upgrade to a higher plan to carry on. Monthly AI generation allowances reset at the start of each calendar month.
Is my data secure?
Sensitive fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they reach the database, and all traffic uses TLS. Your answers and organisation data are never used to train AI models. Our Security page explains exactly how your data is handled and who processes it.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes. Get in touch via our About page if you’re a registered non-profit, charity, or early-stage startup.
